Default Corrupted file pro tools 12.5.2

I have tried to download the newest pro tools license in my account but when I try to extract the compressed file I get a message of "Corrupted file pro tools 12.5.2", I downloaded it on other computers, updated winrar, winzip and kept getting a message.

I have tried to download 12.5.2 several times with different computers (one with Chrome, one with IE11) and keep having the same problem. When I try to uncompress the file I get messages that the file is either empty or corrupt.

The downloaded file is named Pro_Tools_12_5_2_Win_91791.zip with a size of 1,663,582KB.

I have license student

HeybGuys

Before we start escalating these problems have you tried starting a support case from your Avid Master Accounts ?

That is the peoper way to go as this is a user forum, not Avid support so its a bit tricky for other members to try guessing what is wrong with Avids servers if thats what it is,
.

I would start by deleting any download mount of PT 12.5 downloaded and make a clean download from your Avid account, not Appman and see if that helps.

Step 2 is to start a support case and make sure Avid tech support gets to know what issues you guys have when you are downloading.

gscarlisle : have you tried a different browser, Chrome has been great when prople have had problems with downloads so maybe try that aswell before a support case.

When I clicked on to trigger the avid support I was informed that I should buy credits for the support service. I found it strange to have to hire a support service and not be able to report how some sites appear "click here in case to report broken link".

I already deleted all the versions, I even formatted the computer and downloaded everything from scratch, I tried chrome, firefox, internet explorer and the corrupted file error persists in version 12.5.2 (Pro_Tools_12_5_2_Win_91791.zip)

I have tried to download new versions of winzip and winrar and both persist the error.

I have already tried to download to my notebook too and the same error appears.

The version 12.04 is also corropimda although it allows decompression at the end it emits message saying that some files were not possible to be extracted, however it allows the unpacking of the others, different from version 12.5.2.

Our IT responded that they replaced the file, and I just tested from your account - all good now. Sorry for the inconvenience!
