Default access violation occurred

Hi,
recently i changed my computer and now i can't open any sessions. It says '' access violation occurred, unable to read location: 0x00194016 at the address: 0x09fcc9d7 in moduleAE.dll'' what should I do?

did you reinstall Pro Tools or merely drag and drop from the old computer to new
