iCloud PT2018 problem.

I downloaded PT 2018.7 last night on to my MBP 2012 and its working fine. My problem which I can't find an answer to is this, I downloaded PT to my iCloud Drive it seems. I shouldn't have done that but it happened. Does anyone know how to move that Protools folder full of stuff off the iCloud Drive and into my Applications folder locally, where I believe it should live, no?

from a closer examination, it seems the folder called ProTools on my iCloud Drive is all presets, grooves etc etc. I assume the actual program got loaded locally but all the 'document' type files got put to the iCloud......ok, I think I should be able to just move it all to the local app folder....

That Pro Tools folder you're referring to should be in your Documents folder, I have no idea why it's on your icloud drive . In any case, you have access to your iCloud drive from the Finder so just copy it to your local drive I guess?

everything from my documents folder appears to be in that icloud drive, so i guess i gotta turn it off. eats up a lot of storage.......thats why it happened......now to undo it......

yup, all working now..my icloud drive was storing everything off the dcuments and desktop folders, which happens automatically , when u checked those boxes in system prefs.....forgot all about that.....i guess thats cool for certain scenarios....not me...
