Default New to MIDI

I have dabbled a bit but I don't really understand the basics of channel assignments and I/O setups.

I have Sampletank 2.5, Drum Core, Akoustik Piano and InfinitePlayer.

My main goal right now is to learn how to multitrack drums with Infinite Player.

Can someone point me to a decent source for learning how to do this?

They put a lot of effort into writing the manuals for those instruments, I'd start there.

On the pro tools side, make a stereo instrument track.
Then either
A) make additional MIDI tracks for each channel (all audio will come out of the instrument track)
B) Make additional instrument tracks (if possible with the VI the audio will come out the other instrument track

Your track inputs will have a plugin option if the VI has multiple outputs.

If Infinite player can do multiple outputs it will explain how in the manual.

The only manual I can find is the one online and it is woefully short. If I downloaded a real one with the original program I can't find it in the folder and they make the GUI so slick on these things you can't even find buttons sometimes.

I will venture forward as best I can. Thank you for the info.
