Default cursor to follow playback??? in PT 7.1 on Mac

Im new to ProTools but I know there must be a way to have the screen follow the playback (in others words show the live audio coming out of my monitors)...

currently when I playback a track it runs off the end of the screen and I have to tab along and try to keep up.

any help of how to do this would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks!

Under the menu Options, you'll see Scrolling, there you'll have your options...
