Default MIDI Controller Woes!! Please Help!

I was using my MIDI Controller last week with ProTools. It's a Roland FP-5 Digital Piano connected to my 002 with a MIDI cable, and has worked beautifully in the past.

Starting yesterday, I could not for the life of me get it to trigger anything in ProTools (Addictive Drums, Sylenth, not even SampleTank or Xpand) -- which is odd considering it tests fine in the MIDI Studio Setup, and DOES trigger Reason ReWired through ProTools, and triggered everything in Logic when I tested it with that.

I've tried turning on and off every component in every order, restarting my computer, trashing my "com.apple.midi.123456789.plist" and "com.apple.audio.audiomidisetup.plist" files under Library>Preferences... Nothing has worked

I am completely, 100% confused and flustered. Does someone have a clue why this would suddenly be happening and what I can do to fix it???

Just personally, when i have MIDI troubles i am doing the next checks:
1. Check that MIDI messages comes into operating system, using MIDI monitoring software i.e "s n o i z e : MIDI Monitor"
2. Check MIDI inputs enabled\disabled in Pro Tools MIDI preferences
3. Check MIDI input filter in Pro Tools MIDI preferences
4. Create new session from scratch
5. Enable MIDI Thru
6. Record enable Instrument track...
7. Instrument should sounds...
