issues running pro tools first on windows

hello guys, I recently created an avid account on my HP laptop. it has the INTEL processor i5 8gb RAM and 1TB memory. I do have a SANDRA. when I download Pro Tools First and then launch the program I get to where it is initializing the audio engine then it freezes and ends up crashing. I'm not sure why.
