Euphonix MC Mix problems - Fader won't sync with DAW

Hello,

I recently bought a used Euphonix MC MIX and I have a problem with the faders and their communication with ProTools/Logic/Cubase.

With changing banks or nudging the channels all the faders behave super random and wont sync with the values the DAW has.
If I move the fader in Pro Tools or any other DAW it mirrors the same movement on the mc mix.
If I move the fader on the mc mix it mirrors the movement in the DAW.
But when changing banks, the unit wont set the fadervalues to the ones in the DAW.

When starting the mc mix in test mode, everything is working.


Some information that might be important about my system:

Mac pro 6.1 - MC mix connected to ethernet port 2 (yes I changed the Eucon settings for that)
Sierra 10.12.6
Pro Tools 2018.1
Cubase 9
Logic Pro 10.4
Latest MC Mix Firmware with 1.5.4
I tried different Eucon versions (3.7 / 3.6.1 / 3.6 ) always the same bug.


I hope someone could help me fixing this bug :)
I think it should be a software problem? because the faders and everything are working except of the described problem.

can you do the video again but this time after you bank over touch the faders that are in the wrong position. Does PT jump to the fader level ?

Yes the Fader in PT jumps to the fader level.

But I fixed the problem! The power adapter seems to be broke.
I tried a different one with the same V and A and now it's working flawless
