waves plugs bump on automation moves...
Waves EQ and others waves plugs have become all but useless to me these days because of the following issue:
When a plugin parameter changes abruptly, even in a spot where THERE IS NO REGION, the is an audible low-frequency bump. a fix is to make a slow ramp on the automation graph FOR EACH FREAKIN PARAMETER. This is impossible in a pro mixing situation where i highlight a region, set my parameters then cmnd-opt-/ to write the automation. Of course, this method makes a sudden "snapshot" change that causes intollerable LF spikes. i have seen this behaivior on many systems around town. Jaguar and 6.1, panther and 6.2.3 I will see this weekend about 6.4. is it me? |

I´m complaining about that (and other bugs) since years but Waves don´t want to (or are not able to) deliver a bug free version.
