Undecipherable Error Message

I wanted to use "Save Copy In" in order to save a session to a new folder on my HD. After making my selections on the pop up window, I got this error message: "Could not save copy in "Name of session" because A required privilege is not held by the client. (1314) which creating a symbolic link to file: D\Pro Tools Sessions\Copy [session name]\copy [session name].ptx"

Can someone please translate this into english for me? What does this mean and why would it come up? Never seen this one before.

have you checked in Workspace to see if the Destination Folder / Drive are Read Only ???
