Default Surrounding Audio Pickup

In my session, I am working with audio samples. The issue is when I click on anything, for example typing and pressing the space bar, I hear the action being done in my headphones with reverb. Also, through my headphones, I pick up any noises such as someone talking or opening a door. I did not have this issue previously and is not apparent with my other sessions.

Excuse my question. The issue was I had my click track enabled with input monitoring.

Some more details would help. Starting with what exact interface/playback engine are you using?

You have a live mic connected to your interface on an armed track. Maybe the mic in your laptop if you are using built in audio in the laptop. And either it's an armed audio track in Pro Tools or you have something coming thought the hardware monitoring in you interface.

Are the sounds recorded in Pro Tools or not?

All just stuff that you have to systematically trouble shoot. Disconnect mics. Disable audio inputs on tracks, turn down hardware monitoring levels or mic gain levels. All you need to do this is in front of you, there is no magic way audio gets into the system, so just start playing around to find how this is happening.
