Unable to reset master account PW

I'm stuck in a loop when trying to reset my master account password.

• I follow the "forgot password" instructions and get an email sent to my account:

• I click the link and enter a new password (of 8+ characters, including symbols and numbers), but when I submit I receive the following error:

Has anyone encountered a similar issue, or know how to fix?

I have escalated this to Forum Admins so hang on and we will get you sorted as soon as possible. It is night now in US but will make sure they see this later today.

please try a different browser and delete all cookies and internet cache of the browser and try again meanwhile.

On it now! The admin team have been notified so they will look as soon as the office open today
