Post roll playing over track
When I highlight a section and put it in punch mode, I have 2 bars of pre and post roll set and then I hit record, the problem is after the highlighted section is recorded and on the post roll I still hear what the guitar player playing and it doesn't cut out and actually play what is already recorded on the track. You don't hear anything the guitar player is doing on the pre roll and only does this on the post roll.
Any way to change this? I only want to hear what the punch in highlighted section is and not pre or post roll but would like to still have the extra pre and post roll audio for editing.

Re: Post roll playing over track
Not sure what you mean? I know there is a mode where you can hear the guitar being played over the track which is "input monitoring" mode which I have off. I onlybhear when the track punches in at the highlighted section but on the punch out it keeps playing like input monitoring is on where you hear the guitar player over the track.
