Default in need of help salvaging a session!

Help! I woke up this morning and a session I had already spent about two weeks on is now crashing PT while loading. It was working fine when I left it last night, but for some reason I now can't get it past the "Restoring Audio Playlists" portion of the load. I tried trashing all the usual databases, prefs, repairing permissions and restarting, but that didn't help. I tried to import the session data into a new session and I got:

"Could not complete your request because out_of_range: Cmn_PolyVectorImpl::At."

Yuck.

I don't have any working backups of this file. Fortunately none of my other sessions seem to be affected. Anyone have any ideas how I can salvage this session?

(MBox, PT LE7, Powerbook G4 [with session files on an external drive], OS 10.4.11)

thanks!!
sam

Have you tried doing a session import one track at a time? It may be a corrupted region/audio file on one track that is mucking everything up, but it may be possible to import everything else. Just import session data, select the first track, import it, and if it makes it, go back and import another track until you find the bad one.

That´s another reason to allways have AutoSave enabled.
