MachineControl and Avid Complete Plugin Bundle for Pro Tools Ultimate

This is for the customers with an active Pro Tools HD product as of April 7th who are entitled to the Avid Complete Plug-in Bundle subscription license.


Thank you for being a valued Pro Tools | Ultimate customer.

As part of the transition from Pro Tools | HD to Pro Tools | Ultimate you should have received a new subscription license for the "Avid Complete Plug-In Bundle." You will also notice that the "Pro Tools HD Plan" subscription license that was associated with your Pro Tools | HD license is no longer in your account. You have not lost access to these plug-ins—the HD Plan license has simply been replaced by the Avid Complete Plug-in Bundle. In order to use the entire Avid Complete Plug-In Bundle suite of plug-ins make sure you transfer the new license to your iLok, and download the full installer for Avid Complete Plug-In Bundle from your Avid Account.

If your individual bonus plug-ins were not replaced by a single Avid Complete Plug-in Bundle installer in the "Additional Value Content..." section of your Pro Tools | Ultimate product (or your current product in your Avid account didn't change from "HD" to "Ultimate") then please start a support case using the "Access The Support Center" link in my.avid.com.
