Product renewal
Avid needs a product code in the ‘renewal’ file on my products page. Where is the renewal file? Thank you. (I been looking and searching and peering and watching and eyeballing and observing and viewing, but nothing!

Which product do you have? You posted in the section for Pro Tools 12 and that is many years old and not something that would require renewal.

Thank you Dave. I am trying to download Protools Studio, which I bought from the re-seller and for which they gave me a product code, with instructions to put the code in the ‘renewal’ file of my products page, but I cannot find the renewal file, link, box, field or whatever it is. Thanks again. All assistance is appreciated.
