hardware not connected..??? with brand new mbox

I just bought a new mbox3 just out from the store.

I connected it the way it's said but control panel was not launching. According to the new driver on the avid web site, this was because the driver on the CD with protools LE does not launch on other then englsih system.

with this new driver V1.0.19, the control panel now open but it is not connecting with the hardware and no communication then no recording!!!

I'm tired of all these trouble with m-audio and avid materiels...

hope anybody could help me
