Default Mbox Pro Hardware not Connected

Dear All,

I have a new MBOX Pro and installed ProTools 12. The Firewire PCIe card I bought was from SIIG. When I checked on the Device Manager, the AVID Mbox Pro has a yellow ! meaning the driver for this device are not installed (Code 28). In the MBox Pro Control Panel, it says Hardware Not Connected. I checked in the control panel>Programs and the Avid Mbox Pro Driver 1.1.10 (x64) is installed as well as the ubCore64 5.8 which is the driver for the SIIG PCIe Firewire card. What seems to be the problem?
