ProTools 7.4 LE Errors Please Help!!

So I Bought The MBox 2 And It Came With ProTools Le 8 But It Wouldnt Load On My LapTop So Tech Support Sent Me ProTools 7.4 Le Through Email.. So I DownLoaded It It Worked Fine Then Two Days Later My LapTop Crashed So When I Got It Fixed He Had To Take ProTools Off. So I Just Try To Do It All Over Again From The Same EMail Link...But I Get Different Errors...The First Time It Said That I Need A Device Driver TPkd And Error Code (0xc0000142)
Then SomeTimes It Will Install To The Point Where It Says Plug In Digi Device InterFace Then i Do And A Blue Screen Comes On Saying That There Was An Error And The Computer Will Turn Off.

P.S.
The MBox 2 Lights Come On When Plugged It. Just Not When ProTools Asks For It. I Tried Downloading The New TPkd Thing And It Didnt Work. I Tried From This WebSite: www.paceap.com

First off... Capitalizing Every Word Is Really Distracting And Hard To Read!

Second...

Your laptop is quite underpowered and not qualified for running Pro Tools.

1GB of RAM doesn't get you far with computing these days.

Integrated graphics are not supported. A computer needs a dedicated graphics card/GPU to run Pro Tools properly.

You must also use a secondary (in your case, external) hard drive for your sessions.

well i had it on here before and it was working just fine then someone fixed my computer cuz there was a virus and now it wont install

"Fixed" is a relative term.

The best thing you can do after a virus attack is completely wipe the main drive. There is often corruption left over after an infection and it's the only way to truly "fix" an infected computer.

Whoever "fixed" your computer did not restore it. Maybe they installed a different version of Windows(so which exact version IS installed?). You might need the dual core hotfix (google the underlined bit). Maybe the new OS is not compatible(like if its XP 64 bit). One lesson to take away from this is; have a backup plan. Mine is to use Acronis True Image to save drive images(when a system IS working good) so I can restore to that exact state. I also keep cloned hard drives of the system drive for my laptop and studio computers, so a total crash is repaired in the time it takes to swap a drive.
