Trial
I have signed up for a trial of PT and have an ilock but get a message:
Select a license to activate You don't have any licenses in your account... you don't have any pending with the deliveries for the licenses for you need to authorize the software… Click here if you need to purchase a license for Pro Tools Perpetual |

I couldn't find any accounts based on your user Name or email address. Try signing into iLok License Manager with the iLok User ID you used to sign up for the trial. If you have the correct account, the license should be in there for you to activate to your iLok (2nd or 3rd gen).

SO _ got it to see it now but I have a new problem. I am on Catalina and it gave me the latest version which s not compliantly... 2019.10

I see the Pro Tools Ultimate trial license in that account. It's not activated anywhere yet, and there are no iLoks registered there. Perhaps you have another account with your iLoks?
Launch iLok License Manager and sign in with that same email address (User ID) then plug your iLok in to see if you can activate the license there. If you have persistent internet you can try iLok Cloud, but the license has to be activated for PTU to run.
