Probably not going to work, and if it does, the faders on your keyboard will likely have poor resolution. See if your keyboard has a HUI mode

Why wouldn't it work. It works when I learn Midi CC in native plugins.

What do I need HUI?

I have the Akai MPK 88

It won't work because Pro Tools only allows HUI protocol to control faders, transport etc.

MIDI CC only works on some plugins, not all. It has to be implemented by the developer. It's not done via Pro Tools itself like most other DAWs.

It sux, but that's the way it is.

I was only trying to offer that the faders on your keyboard are likely short and will not allow for the level of precision you want for mixing. Having something designed for that purpose is going to be better(less frustrating) to use The little Presonus Faderport does a very good job for doing fader rides and writing them with automation and its only around $100(less on the second hand market). Their new Faderport8 is even cooler, but closer to $500. If you don't mind the brand name, the Behringer BCF2000 works pretty well according to reviews.. Back to CC, another issue that none of us considered is, if you COULD get a fader to work with a single CC, that CC would be tied to only that fader, while the other options(all using HUI protocol) can address any and all faders

I was able to get only the right pans to work but I can't seem to get anything else to work. I managed to get that to work by accident.

I still can't seem to figure how to get the faders to work.
