Artist Mix works on some sessions, but not others

I'm sure there's something I'm missing.

I have an Avid Artist Mix, and it generally works great.

On some PT sessions, it seems to not connect.

Is there a menu option I'm missing on those sessions?

The only option in PT is in Peripherals ...EUCON check that

Very much appreciated. On the session that's currently misbehaving, that option is currently checked. I'll try cycling the option on/off/on and see if that fixes it...

If you cycle it, I would restart PT as it can sometimes cause issues

Hey All,

Just in case it's ever useful for anyone else - I found the fix in my particular case.

- Launch the EUControl App.
- Bring up the EUControl Settings window.
- Go to the Layouts tab.
- See if there are any funky layouts lurking there. (In my case, a couple "User" layouts that I definitely didn't create.)
- Clear said funky layouts.
- Enjoy your functional-once-more artist mix.
