PT First no playback

I have PT First, it came as a package with my Focusrite 2i4 audio interface. I was finally able to record one track from a Yamaha Piano. But when I playback there is no sound. The track exists, I can see the wave forms and the meters show it is playing back on the software but no sound. I'm thinking there must be something I need to toggle or change from record to play. Are th settings different for playback as opposed to record??
