Default PT10.3.10 and PT12.4 working on Windows 10
Just a note to say I'm currently running both PT10.3.10 and PT12.4 on Windows 10 without issue so far on a self build i5 PC.

For interest, I'm using a Digi002 rack and a Command|8 too and both are okay, although I do get a message saying I cannot record on PT12.4 due to Hardware settings but can record with no issue.

CPU performance seems slightly better than 7 but boot time slightly slower.

Swings and roundabouts, eh?

This is good to hear. Lightning strike took out my PT PC and since I have to start over anyway, am riding the fence on whether to go back to win 7 or bite the bullet and do a frsh win 10 install. I have no desire to go past PT 12.4 after reading all the 12.5 horror stories, and wanted some level of assurance that this woukd work even if it isn't "qualified." Thanks!

Hi

I must add that my system was running fine then yesterday win 10 made a major update . Not shure but i think it was a new build update . The thing is my system after that update seems to be more fast , solid and stable than it was before !

I just tried the Windows 10 Anniversary Update - and went back. Not quite ready for Pro Tools. Had a PT lock up/freeze, and a couple of other things go strange. No time for that. YMMV

Well that's good to hear. I'll try it again in a few days when I have time. Two other machines, no real issues, just a few small things.

I tried but still having the same old bug with it so im still using the 8.0.4b driver with sucess .
