Volume problems
This is my first message - greetings to all readers from Western Australia.
I am using ProTools 12 displayed on a laptop monitor and an external screen. I have tried to watch a YouTube video re ProTools but the volume does not operate on both screens. IT tells me there is an app which is interfering with the amplification of sound on the other screen. Any ideas, please? I am a total beginner to ProTools. I am a professional musician on a variety of instruments as well as being a conductor. |

Re: Volume problems
Welcome aboard. One critical thing to remember is; its best(often required) that whatever audio device you use for Pro Tools( the "Audio Engine" in Pro Tools Hardware setup) is NOT used as the default Windows playback device.
