Core Accel Chips usage error 7204

I have a sys based on a accel core card PCIe in a macpro 2.66 and I'm running a 24/44.1 session with some TDM and RTAS plugs inserted
.
Engine: 64 voices with two chips for the mixer
ADC enabled to 1023 samples
The usage window shows the first two chips dedicate to HD engine
3° chip 99% MixrShortDlys
4° chip 99% plug-in sharing
5° chip 99% plug-in sharing
6° chip 80% plug-in sharing
7° chip 100% two revibe instances
8° chip 81% MixrShortDlys
9° chip 57% plug-in sharing.

I know that chips that are involved in ADC (3°-8°) cannot be used for other task, but the 6° and the 9° have still free DSP but I'm not able to load any other TDM plug, even a simple 1 band eq. It seems that the sys is full.
Can anyone explain this?

Not all plugs can load on all chips. It may be that the plugs you are trying to use require one of the already full chips.

Hi Jeff,
I tried with all plug I have, even with THE TRIM, it seems that the sys is full with no free dsp although the 6° slot shows 80% and the 9° 57%.
I done a search on this forum and it seems that some plugs could cause this problem.
I'm trying to move plug by plug outside the plugin folder for finding which is this ...
I want to be sure there is not a hardware issue.
