Default Super jumpy vertical mouse scrolling

Is anyone having any trouble using the MAC magic trackpad to scroll vertically in the edit window? When I use two fingers to move around the edit window..the SPEED of the adjustment is super fast and jumpy.. kind of hard to get a stable aim.

Does anyone know where to go to alter/adjust the speed of scrolling??

THANK YOU

SONNY +

haaaa.. actually, I just fixed it. In PREFERENCES> OPERATIONS>MISC --- unclick "mouse wheel scrolling snaps to track"...

Thank God-- that was giving me a headache

The vertical scrolling is unpredictably fast. Horizontal scrolling is no issue.
Other Apps like Logic Pro X 10.2.4, Vienna Ensemble Pro 6 etc behave as expected when scrolling horizontally and vertically with my Magic Mouse 2.

Only in Pro Tools I need to grab the vertical window scroll bar otherwise scrolling is all over the place.

From the manual:

Misc (Miscellaneous) Section
Mouse Wheel Scrolling Snaps to Track
The Operations page of the Preferences window includes a new Mouse Wheel Scrolling Snaps to Track option. When this option is enabled, the top of tracks in the Edit window snap to fit as you scroll with the mouse wheel and tracks in the Mix window snap to the left. When this option is disabled, scrolling with the mouse wheel is smooth and continuous.
