Control won't connect - what am I missing?

So I just updated to the new version of Pro Tools Control excited to check out the new features and much to my disappointment. It doesn't work. I can't get it to connect to Eucon. I am on a 5 g network. I have restarted computer, Restarted router and even deleted and re downloaded app on ipad.
The exact same setup was working great before i updated the app.

Anyone have any solutions???

Just to be clear, you've also installed EuControl 3.4?

No I haven't I didn't realize there was a new version of Eucon. Nothing prompted me about that.

I'll try installing and see if that solves the problem. Thanks.

Updated to Eucon 3.4 and now Pro Tools Control Connects and works great. So far loving the updates and new features. Thanks for you help!

I can't get an iPad mini retina ios 9.3 working with W7 pro SP1, EuControl 3.4, ethernet to PC, wifi for iPad is 2.4ghz though. EuCon works ok with my Artist (but I am getting Bonjour errors on a first launch, restarting has it working ok).

Hello.
I have got troubles, too.
I am using Ipad Air 2 and Imac elcaptain at home it works great.

But in my recording studio i use Windows Computer.
I installed newest Software.
I bought a new router (with 5GHz), i gave them manuel IP´s.
Nothing got it

Then i read, that it uses Windows 8 or10.
So i updatet my Computer Windows 7 to 10.
But still same issues.

When i open up eucontrol, my workstation is visible there.
When i look at surfaces, my ipad is visible short time, but then no more.

Network is running fine, and my ipad is in WLAN no problems.

But i don´t get connection.

Uninstalled software, installed new, but same issue.

Someone running it on Windows and can help?

I need it soooo much in recording room next week.

HI all! Im experiencing problem with PT control. Im running OS X 10.11.6 and Eucontrol 3.4 on a iPad air IOS 9.3.4

Eu control is seeing my PT control as a surface and the iPad says Protools 12 Mac at the top, nothing in the mixer and tracks is showing up and 1 or 2 of the soft keys work, I've reinstalled the iPad app and eucontrol on my mac a few times with no change

Any ideas??

I have been trying for months with the latest versions of Pro Tools, PT Control, EuCon, and iOS / Mac OS.
EVERYTHING is at the latest, and still NOTHING on iPad 2 or iPad Mini.

Any advice, or are both of these "older" iPad's no good for this?
