What hardware do you have installed?

Are you resolving your system to an external clock source? If so, is it powered on before launching Pro Tools?

What does DigiTest report?

what part of "clock error detected" don't you understand?

Sorry to be unhelpful, but that doesn't sound too esoteric to me.

try explaining your setup .... mac / system / what kind of PT cards / interfaces / what is your masterclock : PT internal or synced to an external clock .... it can be plenty of things ..... what other stuff do you have hooked up digitally ....

if you want people here to help you you have to be more specific then just **what part of "clock error detected" don't you understand?**

Try this...

Go to your date/time control panel. Set the correct time zone. Now launch Pro Tools.

I got the same message when loading plug-ins and assumed it was a *digital* clock problem until I realized it was really talking about the mac clock.

Hope that helps

I've had this problem - and mine was definitely the Mac Clock in Date & Time. I believe that this means its time to change the Mac's internal Battery.
