M Box Help For A Friend

I just convinced a friend to join the world of PT and got him to buy an M Box. Now, he's having installation problems.

His system:

Dell Precision M60 Laptop, Pentium M Chip - 1.4 G
1 Gig Ram
Windows XP Pro, SP1
60 Gig Internal Harddrive
M-Box
PT 6.4
Norton Anti-Virus 2005 Installed

When he follows the install guide, everything seems to go as it should. Then when he tries to launch PT, for the first time prior to authorization, he get the following error:

Initialization Error
"This software requires installation of certain device drivers and a reboot before running. Please reboot or re-install the software."

He has tried reinstalling the software, both after removing PT and not, repairing software, allowing XP to try and install the new hardware, and not allowing XP to do this, and everything else we could think of. When he looks at the M Box, the USB light is lit, so it appears to be getting power and USB information. He also set up a completely new XP administrative account just for PT (and this did nothing to help).

That is an error by the Pacelok drivers. He should go HERE and download and install the latest drivers.
