Default Controlling Pro Tools Faders 9-24

Is this possible?
So far I assigned CC17-24 to control pro tools first 8 pans
CC 33-41 for the first 8 faders.
Still have 2 banks of faders left on my AKAI mpk 49 which i can assign to any cc...;I cant figure out how to assign them to faders 9- 24
Looked all over for a pro tools midi implementation chart but cant find one anywhere.
Would really appreciate the help.
Thanks guys.

ahh NVM finally figured it out. one can only use 8 midi channel tracks (midi control surface set up) so you just have to scroll them into view for unlimited control for tracks.
