Need a 002r power harness?

Im pretty sure my 002r has a case of the disfunctional powerharness. it started clicking, and randomly not showing the 1394 led or the sampling rate led, but the mute light was red, and the optical out was red. i looked at the internal led's and they would sporatically go on and off with the exterior lights. i need to get this harness fast (if that is the problem.) i have had no luck finding it at sweetwater. digi tech support...can you help?

Classic Harness issue... call support Mon. AM... if you're really in a crunch, do a search on the forum, there are home remedies that work pretty well.

alright, so i bought this off ebay and do not have it registered. if there is a free way to register i would, but i do not know of any. i am willing to buy this powere harness, although id rather not. at this point i just need it fast, a i have sessions coming up VERY soon. i have tried all the home fixes like cleaning and reseating the harness, allw ith no avail. it works a bit smoother, but still not acceptable.

if anyone knows where i can get this FAST, please reply.

You've already gotten the correct reply from the other poster. Call tech support and explain the situation. They are the only ones who will be able to supply that harness for you.
