Never received shipping info for the iLok for my Subscription
Subscribed to the monthly ProTools. Download the software but can not activate without the iLok that was purchased but never received shipping info for the iLok.
Feel very bad since i bought a 003 Rack 4 years ago with PT8.5. Every time I tried to update the software, received a message saying that the system was up to date.
Then updated to El Capitan last week and all hell broke loose. Can not find a way to update from PT 8.5, ended up subscribing to PT 12.3 but can not work until i receive the iLok which I have no idea when it will arrive.
7 days of jobs due. Can not talk to a live person. Purchased the One time support for $39. Never received the Code. Go on my "Orders" and all I get is a site map page that says that something wrong happened to my request.
Insane.
