I really like bx_stuff but for dynamic EQ I prefer a bigger graphic like in the F6. However for those who don't have a dynamic EQ this is a monster

The bx_dyn_eq is very much worth the $29 IMO. Very quick to get a single band up and going. The detection and reaction are linked or un-linked. I do get smoother results when the variables become less consistent with the FF Q3 than I do with the bx_dyn_eq, but that could be the idiot behind the wheel.

This is also one of those plugs that I seem to think that I've barely scratched the service with.

I think I paid $49 for it a while back. My main use for it is to reduce pick sounds from guitar & bass.

Agreed. F6 is awesome, especially now it has the RTA. Sure, FabFilter Pro Q3 looks a beast but I don't feel as if I am missing anything with F6, certainly not at the Waves price.

That’s what is use the F6 for, that, scratchy acoustics, sibilance and plosives.

bx_hybrid $29 today, hard to pass on this stereo EQ. I spent my $4 on it but if any of the guitar amps still show up before next month I'll get them too.

I passed on this one as I already have the digital_V3 which is the bigger brother to hybrid. That and I don't have an Icon console

The guitar amps rarely do on sale. Another that rarely does on sale is the Lindell 254 comp/limiter. That's been on my radar as well as Black Box HG2 and Phil's Cascade. The more I demo Cascade and HG2 the more I want them. HG2 was on sale last month - darn it. Being I already have VSM3 I'm eligible for Cascade at $99 (minus whatever voucher I have which atm is $50). That discount never goes away so that leaves me a couple of options for this month. I haven't gone this deep into a month without using my voucher.

Yes, I had to do my research because the same happened to me. I'm working on a video explaining why decided to have both, I can post it later if you are interested.

Would be interested in seeing why you went with both.

Thank you, I had it scheduled for March 31st but if it helps someone else get it today while the sale is on...

I'm almost sure there are more differences or reasons to get both that I don't know yet but this surely was enough for me.
