As it turns out this is a licensing issue... iLok assets are not being applied for what was purchased... I was downgraded to Standard even though I paid for Ultimate. The phone license support number has been hanging up on me all day. This is bad folks. I also read Avid cut in half the voice count on Standard. What a terrible release...

Hi Freak! 04006553 For all the good its worth... This guy will only tell me what he sees in my ilk account, and offers no solutions. When I ask him a basic question like "What did I pay for?" he gives no response. I have a call into sales hoping when they call back they can help straighten this out. I wonder why I can't get through to the licensing department? BTW, I paid for my yearly Ultimate subscription on 8/18, but there is nothing on my ilk that says Ultimate.

This morning when we called Avid licensing we were told that the licensing department is closed due to Covid and will not reopen...

I paid for a one time phone support call and they fixed the issue... And refunded the one time support fee. The moral of this story is: ALWAYS do telephone support.
