Default Does not detect Valid pro tools.
I downloaded the update for Protools LE.

When i run the setup. a popup says i do not have a valid pro tools.

EVEN when i have re installed it opend up my book an punched in the auth-code.

You need to have PT8 or 8.0.1 installed before updating to 8.0.3

Oh, So I have 7.4. I guess theres no update to 8 is there??

but i was emailed a invite to install it lol

8 isn't an update; it's actually ab upgrade which u have to pay for upgrades; updates are free tho... U can't skip the upgrade...

According to your registration, you received a free Pro Tools LE 8.0 upgrade email, and activated that upgrade back on March 29, 2009.

Login to your account at http://account.avid.com
And click on "Your Products"
You should have the Pro Tools LE 8.0 web installer and authorization code there.

It looks like you never activated the third party content included with that upgrade, so you should also click on "Products Not Yet Downloaded", to activate that portion of the upgrade.
