Default Noisy Records

I have had a similar problem back in version 6.4 and seemed to go away, but now it seems to be back in 7.2 but with a few differences. Very randomly, when I go into record, The track is very distorted, sounds the smapling rate is very low. I usually hear it before the VO starts, so luckily it hasn't caused many problems, but I wanted to know if anyone else has been experiencing the same thing.
