Formatted PC - Need Advice to Re-install PT 6.9

I was having problems upgrading from Service pack 1 to Service Pack 2 so my PC manufacturer (emachins M6811) sent me a disc to do the upgrade. When I was done my PC was formatted wiping out all of my files and programs back to the original factory settings. Now I should be able to upgrade to SP2 (so they say) but I will need to re-install PT LE 6.9 and my plug ins.

I backed up my files so that shouldn't be an issue.

Here's my questions:
1) I purchased PT LE 6.7 then upgraded to 6.9. Do I need to re-install 6.7 then upgrade to 6.9 again?
2) What kind of issues can I expect when re-installing my plug-ins?

Any advice would be appreciated.

For the most part, "yes," you will need to reinstall 6.7 and then upgrade to 6.9 as your 6.9 upgrade will look for a previous version and then ask you to unistall it and reboot before proceeding.
