Finally found time to upgrade, now PT won´t accept my license.
Hi,
I have extremely slow on updating my system due to continuously work in the studio. I never really found a suitable time to do so. Anyways, now I finally took the leap and updated both the OSX as well as my PT. - OSX was updated from El Capitan to Catalina - PT was updated from 12.6 to 2020.09 Now when I try to launch PT I only get a window telling me to activate. - I have an active PT Ultimate Perpetual Bundle (with 10/11/12-IO) - I have uninstalled and re-installed iLOK manager. - I have deactivated and activated my license. - I have Syncronized the iLOK But nothing works. But then I tried a friends iLOK and it starts up directly. So something must be wrong in my license, right? I have files a support case (04013531) but thought I should write to see if there´s something I have missed. I´m having deadlines coming up + bookings in the studio so I hope they respond quickly. Or if you can point me in the correct direction maybe. All the best, Simon |

Probably dumb wuestion butdid uou also ipdate your license?

Go to iLok License Manager and check details of your license. It has a field called RELEASE LIMIT and if that is outdated that would explain your issue

Try to synchronize the key first. If it doesn't work, deactivate the license and activate again. This may get it updated.

Done that earlier today.
Did it again, both deactivation and activation + synchronise iLOK. Still the same Release limit. |
