The Pro Tools LE 6.7 Upgrades are full CD installers (upgrade includes both Mac and Windows CDs, over 500 MB each). There is no Pro Tools LE 6.7 download, as it says on the Pro Tools 6.7 Announcement.
Orders are normally processed within 2 business days of your order, then shipped via DHL air. In the US, there would not be any customs delays, so you should receive within a few days of your order. With international orders, the same procedure applies, but customs in various countries can sometimes delay delivery for a week or more.
