Where are my fr#$kin downloads!!!!

I can't stand this new site. I need to download my PURCHASED products and this new avid account craps says that I don't have any!! This is so unprofessional to change everything and not have it working correctly before it is released. I need my products, you guys are costing me money. Please help!!

All of your downloads that I could find are in the account with the email you used to register them. We have updated that account with your current email address, and deleted the other 2 accounts you created.

You should be able to access your downloads now with the same login information that you used with the new account you created with your current email address:

You can login from the top of the Avid website by clicking on login or My Account

In your account, click on:
Products
Your Products

You should also be able to login here as well:
http://account.avid.com

Also if nothing has changed products purchased through the DigiStore(now AvidStore) may have downloads links listed in your account there instead of the download section of your MyAvid account.
