pt10.3 express to pt 10 native upgrade problem

I am upgrading from 10.3 express to pt 10 and have one problem. when asked for the serial number for qualifing hardware avid does not recognize my mbox mini 3g. The mbox is registered and everything else works like clock work i just have this one prob.
