EuControl will not work with iPad!

I've been toying around EuControl for hours now trying to get it to recognize my iPad Pro 10.5" Ive done everything I could think of... my iPad is running ipadOS 15.2, is has the newest version of Avid Control available (2021.10.1.8), I've downloaded the newest version of EuControl (2021.10.1.29). I've uninstalled and reinstalled both programs. I've double checked that both devices are on the same wifi. Idk ... if someone has a solution for this please clue me in

Versions need to be the same (Looks like they are 21.10.1. ?)
WiFi 5.0 maybe.
Off and On of Network router?
Took many tries with iPad Pro- 7,1 Mac Pro MacOS 10.15. Catalina

In Pro Tools go to the Setup menu. Click on Peripherals. Open the Ethernet tab. Check the Eucon Controllers checkbox.

When I fiddled around with eucontrol on my ipad last summer, I found that it was sensitive to the start sequence, I don't remember exactly, but I think I found that I had to have a session running bfore I started eucontrol on the ipad. Or was it the other way around.

Make sure your PT workstation and iPad are connecting to the same internet network or wireless router. They both have to be connected to the same network or they won't communicate.
