Default A Couple of Protools 11 "bugs" handles processed with clip gain

I'm editing FX recordings, I have clip gain up on the atmos to edit with and then I reset it all. I am trying to use some audiosuite processing but the handles are processing with clip gain enabled so when cross fade is used and the original clips either side are bought back to unity that's obviously a problem.

I am also using the "export clips as files" in the clips window for tracks I label ".L" ".R" ".C" The filenames are very long and descriptive because they are for a sound library. Protools is stripping whitespace.

I'm assuming they are bugs or "features" but I say bug.

Let me know.
