Problem using M-Audio Quad AAE 6117

Hi I've followed the instructions in the knowledge base but still have problem and downloaded the latest driver. I'm using Windows 10. When open up Pro Tools First I receive the above together out of loop error message loop can only close software.

Any help appreciated.
