003r + and mbox2 mini

Hi, I´m just about to up to PT9 and have one silly question, my 003 is currently in my rehearsal studio, but I have my mbox2 mini at home, is it possible to upgrade using the mbox mini and get the driver update for both the mbox and the 003 or will this get me in to "trouble"?

What I mean is does it matter which hardware I use when upgrading?

It should not matter. You should be able to have drivers for both interfaces installed. You will need to choose which one to USE in Pro Tools(IOW, you can't attach both the 003 and the Mbox and use all the inputs combined). Like anything else new, there will likely be some shakedown time as folks try all the odd configs that were'nt forseen by the developers. Best to be patient, and HAVE A BACKUP PLAN! Mine is to save my PT8 system drive and install PT9 on a new drive(so if anything goes sour, I can revert to a working setup).
