Eucon Freezes and will not connect

I recently upgraded my system from a old cheese grader(2008) Mac tower to a new iMac i9 running 10.15.3. All of my euphonics surfaces (Arsist Mix, Control and transport) worked perfectly in ProTools 10 HD. When I updated to the new iMac and ProTools ultimate everything is great except my you phonics services will not work. Only the transport will show up and when you try to add it the system freezes. I've tried a couple of drivers earlier than the latest one and I get the same result can anyone help me with this issue.

If you’ve updated to the latest EuControl software you will need to perform firmware updates in your surfaces.
