Plugin subscription says expired after I paid for it
I paid for the plugin and support subscription on Feb 25, 2017 but it said it's active with wrong dates on it. This week it says it's expired but the plugins are working.I had the same issue with the upgrade plan. I went few days without a working product. I have contacted Avid but I don't expect a reply since I didn't pay for them to FIX their stuff. I'm posting this because it seems they read posts here more than they read support email.
