artist mix screen display trouble

Hi guys
I'm seb, from Lyon (FRANCE). I need help with my artist mix. I bought a second one but the screen display is really dark compare to the first one. How can I change the brightness on a artist mix ? impossible to find the solution alone ! I hope someone could help me

Thanks a lot

Check 'OLED Dim Time' under preferences tab in EuControl settings. Set it to 'never' if you want the display to stay bright.

Thanks a lot for your message ! Unfortunately it's not my real problem. I have two artist mix. The display screen is really bright (cool) on the first one but the the one not ! I'm looking for how change the brightness of this screen. Impossible to find a answer. If you have any idea it will be really cool ! Thanks a lot

Bummer. Sorry that wasn't the problem. I don't know of any way to change the brightness of the display on independent units. Hopefully, someone will come along with an answer for you.

Does the screen look darker in test mode? The user guide will tell you how to do this.

Thanks for your help. Yes I tried the test mode, it's a darker than my first artist mix...it's really weird ! You're right I hope someone will help me ! It's impossible tu contacts avid tonhave an answer !

The only other thing I know of to try is to reset the unit to factory settings. The user guide has the instructions for that too. I suspect that the unit you have may have been left on for a very long time and the display has dimmed from age. No way to fix that unless you replace the display.

Mine is inconsistent from one strip to the next. I just got used to it

What are the ages of the units...is the one you just got a new one or second hand. I say this because OLED's dim with age.

It's a second hand from 2012. Maybe you're right. But it's not only the display screen, all touchs are a bit darker than the first one. It drives me crazy ! Thanks for your help Tim !
