March 30th, still have not seen my upgrade to PT12 listed in my account. Purchased upgrade on Dec 5, 2014 (with free upgrades through 3/2016). Registered and activated product that day also. Can you look into this when you get a chance? Should be under [email protected]

Hi, the store i have purchased my pro tools 11 crossgrade from
pro tools mp 9, said i can have pro tools 12 free.

what i see is people can have a free temporaly license for pro tools 12until the wait for free upgrade is here. So can anyone from avid give me a Free temporaly license for pro tools 12 ? I have try to contact support with e-mail but i only have find how to contact activation, registeration...

i know we can have support with phone but i am really bad for speaking english with voice. Tank You.
